While some of the other Taglit-Birthright Israel trips are affiliated with a specific political or religious agenda (orthodox, conservative, etc.), the Israel Outdoors experience is totally neutral. We have no agenda, and our goal is only to share the magic of Peer Staff. Each Taglit-Birthright Israel trip is staffed by an Israeli guide and two North American support staff. On an Israel Outdoors trip, we make sure that almost all of our staff are in their mid-20's or 30's. Why? Because we want our participants to connect with their trip staff on a personal level.
